    Thank you for shopping at Nexus Perfume Studio. Due to the personal nature of fragrance products and international hygiene standards, our refund policy is as follows:

    Returns & Exchanges

    • Unopened Items: We accept returns for unopened products in their original, sealed shrink-wrap packaging within 14 days of delivery.
    • Opened Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for fragrances once the original seal or box has been opened, unless the product is defective.
    • Discovery Sets: Our Discovery Sets and samples are final sale and non-refundable.

    Damaged or Defective Goods

    If your order arrives damaged (e.g., broken glass, leaking bottle) or is defective, please contact us at [Your Support Email] within 48 hours of delivery with:

    1. Your Order Number
    2. Clear photos of the damaged item and the shipping packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

    Refund Process

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
